Grief lives in the body, not just the mind. This Grief Yoga workshop is designed to help you process loss through intentional breathing, movement, and sound. Grief Yoga provides tools to move through the physical and emotional sensations of loss, allowing for a reconnection to love and inner strength. In this safe, supportive space, we will explore ways to release what we are holding and foster self-awareness. Participants will experience techniques using gentle movement, breath, and vocal expression while learning tools for healing and reconnection. This workshop is open to any bereaved parent and serves as the introduction to a four-class series for RTZ Hope members focused on transforming and moving emotions throughout the body.

Join us for a virtual gathering for the Wave of Light in honor of Pregnancy and Infant Loss Remembrance Day. Together as a community, we will honor our babies and losses through writing, gentle music and candle lighting in a sacred space of connection. Community Conversations: Experiencing Pregnancy Loss as an Educator

A 60 minute virtual panel discussion on four varying experiences of loss. Our panelists will share their unique stories of loss, hope, and healing while navigating working in the school system.

Join us for an intimate discussion, on how being an educator impacted their experience of pregnancy or infant loss.

Through these conversations and the power of storytelling we hope to reduce the stigma that surrounds pregnancy and infant loss. This special panel, made up of teachers and educators, will discuss their own personal stories of pregnancy and infant loss. Attendees will watch the panel discussion with an option to ask questions to panelists at the end.
