Navigating Hope: Considering What Comes Next After Loss for Couples

This transformative 60-minute workshop is designed to support couples who have experienced the profound heartbreak of pregnancy or infant loss as they begin to explore what comes next in their family-building journey. That next step may include trying to conceive again, taking time to pause, living in uncertainty, or exploring alternate paths to parenthood or meaning. Together, we’ll create a compassionate, judgment-free space to honor your loss, acknowledge your unique grief, and gently orient toward the future, whatever shape it may take.

Whether you’re feeling uncertain, scared, conflicted, or cautiously hopeful, this workshop offers grounding strategies, gentle guidance, and relational tools to help you move forward with clarity, compassion, and connection. This is an invitation to slow down, listen deeply to yourselves and each other, and take the next step, whatever that step is, with care.

We highly recommend that couples attend together.

Guided by an experienced trauma-informed practitioner, this workshop will help couples:

  • Strengthen emotional connection and communication through mindful practices and somatic tools.

  • Understand how grief and hope can coexist as you navigate the complex emotions of this next chapter.

  • Learn practical techniques to calm and regulate the nervous system, using a polyvagal lens to create a sense of safety and resilience.

  • Explore ways to align intentions and create shared rituals for this sensitive and deeply personal journey.
