We provide grief-sensitive, trauma-informed and inclusive spaces to help you build community through the shared experience of loss. For virtual support, we offer:
💗 Support Groups: These are not drop-in spaces. A small, closed group of the same people meets together each week for 4–6 weeks, with the option for continued support. Because you show up to the same faces week after week, something different becomes possible — real trust, real continuity, and a healing arc that builds over time. You are not starting over each week. You are going somewhere together.
💗 Workshops: Workshops are our open door. Whether you are freshly grieving or simply need a place to land, these drop-in gatherings offer immediate support without any long-term commitment. Each one is facilitator-led, weaving together education, connection, and creative expression — writing, art, or movement — so you have space to show up exactly as you are.

Each 90-minute session follows a structured, predictable flow that intentionally builds on the content from the previous week. A typical session includes:
Mindfulness: We start with a guided meditation or body-centered mindfulness practice.
Education: We introduce the topic of the week, which includes some education.
Group Sharing: We move into group sharing in response to a topic-related question and enjoy a facilitated discussion.
Reflection: We end with a period of reflective sharing. Where relevant, we may lead the group in writing, creative expression, or embodiment exercises to support resource building and integration.

There are many places to find support after loss, and we are glad they exist. Our groups are designed to offer something specific: a small, closed container that meets over multiple weeks, follows a structured arc of healing, and goes deeper than a single gathering can.
Every group is facilitated by a trained professional or bereaved parent, and everything we offer is developed and held in-house, with intention.
The fee makes that possible. It sustains the training, structure, and continuity that allow relationships to form and deepen over time — with the facilitator, and with each other.

We want our groups to be accessible to everyone, so we use a simple sliding scale. When you register, you can simply pick the payment level that best fits your current financial situation.
