This workshop is for women grappling with being childless – due to infertility or perinatal loss. In this 90-minute, interactive workshop, you will:
Understand the complicated nature of grieving the loss of your cherished dream of motherhood while also facing an unknown future.
Explore ways of supporting yourself as you move through the personal process of grieving.
Learn the importance of honoring your child or the dream of a child.
Consider a personal narrative that feels comfortable and authentic as you move forward.
Begin to imagine your future-self with a life of fulfillment and purpose.
Leave with hope and encouragement that a happy and fulfilling life without children is within reach.
The group will meet on Monday, November 17th at 5:00pm-6:30 pm PST/8:00 pm-9:30 pm EST.

The journey of love, loss and life after loss looks different for everyone. Return to Zero: Hope will be hosting a workshop series designed to provide supportive spaces for the diversity of our lived realities that come with our individual pregnancy and infant loss experiences. Our hope is to provide helpful resources and tools that encourage holistic healing. These workshops will uniquely support parents and providers through a trauma informed, resilience-focused, somatic approach.
These workshops will be interactive. There will be time to share, time to write and reflect, and in some sessions opportunity more movement. Please have available a water bottle, paper and pencil, and a quiet space.
