Grief Support 101: Navigating the Heartbreak of Pregnancy and Infant Loss

Losing a child—whether through pregnancy loss, the death of an infant or toddler, or the loss of the hope of a child at any point in the family-building journey—is profoundly devastating and often traumatic. Many parents are left trying to understand their intense grief and the reality of navigating life after loss on their own.

“Grief Support 101” is an educational workshop designed to provide immediate support, understanding, and guidance following any type of loss on the family building journey.

This is not a drop-in processing or story-sharing support group. While there is space for connection and reflection, the focus is on education, support, and compassionate guidance in the early stages of grief.

For more intimate, ongoing support and deeper connection, please join one of our multi-week closed support groups.
