Join us for a virtual gathering for the Wave of Light in honor of Pregnancy and Infant Loss Remembrance Day. Together as a community, we will honor our babies and losses through gentle music, writing, and candle lighting in a sacred space of connection.

This 60-minute gathering will include:

• -Grounding practices to help us anchor in the present moment

• -A candle-lighting ceremony to honor our babies 

• -Reflective writing prompts as a gateway into your grief and authentic expression

• -Gentle music to soothe your heart

• -Opportunities to join small groups to connect, share, or simply witness within a community of understanding and compassion

To honor the intimacy of this gathering, we kindly ask participants to join on time. 

Please bring a candle, pen, paper, and any items that will provide you with comfort, such as a warm drink or a memorabilia.

Meet your Host: Sayuri Valencia

Sayuri is an Experience Designer who focuses on creating experiences rooted in connection and transformation. With a background in the performing arts and product experience leadership within the tech industry, she now centers her work around crafting heart-centered spaces that help people connect with themselves and uncover their authentic voice.

Sayuri is a bereaved mother to her daughter, Lily whom she lost in January 2023 and lives in Southern California with her husband and son, Kei.
