A FREE WORKSHOP for Pregnancy and Infant Loss Survivors Impacted by the Fire-Affected Areas of California

We are hosting a free, supportive workshop for individuals who have experienced pregnancy or infant loss and live in areas recently affected by wildfires in California.

What This Workshop Will Cover:

  • Validation of Experiences: Acknowledging the layered grief and trauma you might be facing.

  • Trauma Prevention: Guidance on minimizing the impact of additional stressors.

  • Self-Care Strategies: Tools to help you process your experiences and care for yourself during this challenging time.

This session will be led by Betsy Winter, RTZ Director of Community Support and a Trauma and Grief Specialist.

This is will be a space to connect, heal, and learn ways to support yourself through the intersection of loss and disaster.

Our RTZ Hope Community has been directly impacted by the recent fires in California. Our hearts our heavy as we process the devastation that has occurred. In addition to this free workshop, we will be offering a discount code for those directly impacted to join any of our upcoming support groups.

  • The journey of love, loss and life after loss looks different for everyone. Return to Zero: HOPE will be hosting a workshop series designed to provide supportive spaces for the diversity of our lived realities that come with our individual pregnancy and infant loss experiences. Our hope is to provide helpful resources and tools that encourage holistic healing. These workshops will uniquely support parents and providers through a trauma informed, resilience-focused, somatic approach.

    These workshops will be interactive. There will be time to share, time to write and reflect, and in some sessions opportunity more movement. Please have available a water bottle, paper and pencil, and a quiet space.
