  • Discover the enormous variety of emotions that people experience as part of grieving

  • Explore cultural, societal, and familial biases

  • Build your emotional vocabulary

  • Learn about how your emotional intelligence can either hinder or help you move with your grief

  • Explore strategies to support emotional regulation, learn to identify core needs, and will practice different techniques in order to find the channels of emotional expression that work for you.
