Navigating Hope: A Healing Workshop for Couples Preparing to Conceive After Loss

This transformative 60-minute workshop is designed to support couples who have experienced the profound heartbreak of pregnancy or infant loss as they begin to explore the path toward trying to conceive again. Together, we’ll create a compassionate, judgment-free space to honor your loss, acknowledge your unique grief, and cultivate hope for the journey ahead.

Guided by an experienced trauma-informed practitioner, this workshop will help couples:

  • Strengthen emotional connection and communication through mindful practices and somatic tools.

  • Understand how grief and hope can coexist as you navigate the complex emotions of this next chapter.

  • Learn practical techniques to calm and regulate the nervous system, using a polyvagal lens to create a sense of safety and resilience.

  • Explore ways to align intentions and create shared rituals for this sensitive and deeply personal journey.

Whether you’re feeling uncertain, scared, or cautiously optimistic, this workshop will provide grounding strategies, gentle guidance, and tools to move forward with clarity and connection. Let’s take this step together with care and compassion for yourselves and each other.
