For any one who has experienced the loss of one or more during a pregnancy with multiples, you know the complex layers this particular type of loss brings. In this workshop we will explore the loss of one or more in a pregnancy with multiples. as well as the loss of one twin and the unique experience of raising a co-twin, as a twinless twin.

In this 90-minute interactive conversation you will:

-Gain insight into a pregnancy with multiples, as well as the birth and loss world once one or more passes

-Increase your understanding of the impact that losing one, two, or more in a multiple related pregnancy or after birth has on the overall  loss experience 

-Connect with others who have experienced a pregnancy or infant loss related to a pregnancy with multiples

-Learn ways to journey forward in your healing after these particular type of losses 

This workshop is for anyone who at any point in their pregnancy was pregnant with twins or multiples and lost one twin, both twins, or more - due to any circumstances. We will also go into depth about the unique experience of parenting a twinless twin. As well as journeying forward towards healing.

Providers or other interested can join to gain insight into the multiple pregnancy, birth, and loss world and its unique grief and healing journey.

  The journey of love, loss and life after loss looks different for everyone. Return to Zero: HOPE will be hosting a workshop series designed to provide supportive spaces for the diversity of our lived realities that come with our individual pregnancy and infant loss experiences. Our hope is to provide helpful resources and tools that encourage holistic healing. These workshops will uniquely support parents and providers through a trauma informed, resilience-focused, somatic approach.

  These workshops will be interactive. There will be time to share, time to write and reflect, and in some sessions opportunity more movement. Please have available a water bottle, paper and pencil, and a quiet space.
