Our LGBTQ+ drop-in support group is for those in the LGBTQ+ community who have experienced losses on the journey to parenthood. Both gestational carriers & non-gestational carriers are welcome to join.
This drop-in group meets on the last Sunday of each month from 12:00-1:00 pm PST / 3:00-4:00 pm EST.
For LGBTQ+ families a lack of resources and support within the pregnancy and infant loss (PAIL) community and systemic discrimination from the birthing community intensifies stress and grief of LGBTQ+ parents who experience losses during their journey to parenthood.
At RTZ HOPE, we believe in brave spaces and community support for LGBTQ+ bereaved parents, and acknowledge the unique challenges in family planning. RTZ HOPE strives to be a hub for resources that address the LGBTQ+ experience in reproductive, pregnancy, and infant loss.
This group is facilitated by Jennifer Kaiton, Maryam Moody, Jessica Mowles, & Katie Norris.

By sharing your story, your loss experience is witnessed by others in a supportive and non-judgmental setting.
You never imagined you’d be in this situation. You will receive guidance and resources for your grieving journey.
