Meet Jill Wieber Lens, J.D.
Lens is the Dorothy M. Willie Professor in Excellence at the University of Iowa College of Law. Her research focuses on reproductive health, particularly on stillbirth and pregnancy loss more generally. She is the author of the book Stillbirth & the Law, published in 2025. Her research is inspired by her son Caleb’s stillbirth in 2017 when she was 37 weeks pregnant.
