UPCOMING SUPPORT AND EVENTS

RTZ Hope programs provide an inclusive & accessible space to build community through the shared experience of loss.

Workshops
Blending education, connection, and creativity, our workshops may include short presentations, guided discussions, and hands-on activities like art or writing—all in a safe, facilitator-led space for learning and healing.

Support Groups
Closed, 6–10 week groups with the same participants each session, offering topic-focused sharing, resources, and guided discussions that move from understanding to empowerment. Some center on a type of loss; others focus on shared experiences like pregnancy after loss or navigating relationships.

Retreats
Immersive, in-person experiences with movement, shared meals, rituals, and time in nature. Retreats offer space to step fully into your grief and love, connect with others, and honor your journey.

Why Our Support Groups Have a Fee

Our support groups are closed, multi-week sessions that offer a focused, therapeutic experience on topics related to grief and healing. They are facilitated by professionals and/or bereaved parents trained in trauma-informed support, following a curriculum created by a recognized leader in Pregnancy and Infant Loss (PAIL).

These groups are structured, content-rich, and supportive, providing guidance, resources, and opportunities to connect with others both during and outside of sessions. They follow an arc of healing designed to support the long-term nature of grieving following PAIL, as well as the many other challenges parents may encounter while processing their loss. Unlike free drop-in groups, they are designed to offer a deeper, more intentional therapeutic experience.

We want these groups to be accessible to everyone. Use code EQUITYRATE for 40% off, or let us know what amount works for you, and we can adjust to meet your needs.
