Accommodations and PRICING

Accommodations at Whispertree were designed with attention to aesthetic beauty and connection to the land. We are offering a total of 19 spaces at this retreat: Pricing varies depending on selected accommodations.

• What pricing includes:

  • 4 nights/5 days lodging

  • 12 home-cooked, local farm-to-table meals from our private chef

  • Return To Zero: HOPE gift bag with carefully selected items to nurture and support

  • Take home handcrafted art and memorabilia items created on-site

  • Daily movement offerings

  • Group support from trained professionals who specialize in perinatal mental health, trauma, grief, and loss

• What pricing does not include:

  • Travel to and from the retreat center

• Private room in the Toll House (4 spots available)

  • The Toll House is a remodeled 1912 Victorian House with four bedrooms and four private bathrooms, either ensuite or adjoining. You have access to a beautiful shared living space, with a wood burning fireplace, and a country kitchen. There is central heating, and the bedrooms have fans.

    • $2750 Porch Room: A private bedroom with a king bed, twin day bed, large space, access to porch with twin daybed, and ensuite bathroom with clawfoot bathtub and shower.

    • $2750 Green Room: A private bedroom with a queen bed, twin day bed, large space, and ensuite bathroom with tub and shower.

    • $2350 Red Room: A private bedroom with a queen bed, smaller space, and ensuite bathroom with shower.

    • $2350 Blue Room: A private bedroom with a queen bed, twin day bed, medium space, and private bathroom with shower.

• Private room in the Barn (3 spots available)

  • The ground floor area of the Barn is a beautiful open space where we meet each day for our large group circle and meals. Located on the upper floor of the 2,300 square foot barn is a 3-bedroom apartment with a shared full bathroom for guests. There is a wood burning fireplace in the living room as well as central heating, and the bedrooms have fans.

    • $2150 Fern: A private bedroom with a king bed, shared full bath with shower, and access to beautiful private living space with full kitchen.

    • $2000 Verbena: A private bedroom with twin bunk beds, single twin bed, shared full bath with shower, and access to beautiful private living space with full kitchen.

    • $2150 Blackberry: A private bedroom with a king bed, shared full bath with shower, and access to beautiful private living space with full kitchen.

  • Two additional bathrooms are located in the ground floor area of Barn.

• Private Luxury Tent Cabins (2 spots available)

  • $1850 Live Oak: A private tent cabin with standing room, king bed, electricity, wifi, and a short walk down hill to bathhouse.

  • $1850 Manzanita: A private tent cabin with standing room, king bed, electricity, wifi, and a short walk down hill to bathhouse.

• Private Luxury Bell Tent (10 spots available)

  Each tent has an awning/covered porch with sitting area, heater, fan, heated beds, electricity, wifi, and access to shared bathhouse.

  • $1750 Pennyroyal: A private platform bell tent with king bed, electricity, wifi, and flat gravel path right next to bathhouse.

  • $1750 Thistle: A private platform bell tent with king bed, electricity, wifi, and flat gravel path right next to bathhouse.

  • $1750 Wild Rye: A private platform bell tent with two twin beds, electricity, wifi, and short walk to the bathhouse.

  • $1750 Oat Grass: A private platform bell tent with two twin beds, electricity, wifi, and short walk to the bathhouse.

  • $1750 Elderberry: A private platform bell tent with king bed, electricity, wifi, and medium walk up hill to bathhouse.

• A note on tent amenities:

  • All of the bathrooms and shower rooms at the Bathhouse are single occupancy and have heating sources.

  • There are towels, hairdryers, bathrobes, shampoo and conditioner, soap, and other amenities at the Bathhouse.

  • There are outlets for charging phones & laptops, bedside tables with lamps, and wifi.

  • For cold weather: There are mattress warmers and bedside heaters.

  • For warm weather: All of the tents have fans and screened windows. During the day, if it’s hot outside, the tents will also be hot. Alternatives for nap or chilling space is the yurt, barn, or bunkhouse (which all have AC), and the Toll House stays pretty cool.

  • Distances from tents to the bathhouse may vary depending on location

    • If you are staying in one of the tents, it is a bit of a walk to the main meeting place (3/4 mile).

    • Attendees often speak of how much they appreciated the walk from the tents to the Barn.

    • If you prefer not to walk, many people will have cars, and can shuttle you.

  • Wifi is provided throughout the property.

• A note on meals:

  • All of your meals will be prepared by our amazing local farm-to-table caterer, Nora, who uses high-quality, local organic ingredients to offer an array of delicious and nutritious options at every meal.

  • At this retreat, people may go through a certain depth of processing, and our goal is to provide food and caring service that is supportive of this.

  • We try our best to cater for special needs and dietary requirements, making sure every retreat participant is cared for so they can relax and enjoy the retreat without any food apprehensions.
