We created the Cuando Tu Bebé Ha Fallecido: Guiándote en el Duelo brochure as a compassionate resource for parents in the hospital at their greatest moment of need.

Other bereaved parents have contributed to this guide, developed to let vulnerable parents know they are not alone and to give examples of actions they might consider during and after the time of their loss. 

This guide suggests considerations for:

• If the baby has died in-utero

• If the baby will be born alive but is not expected to live

• Memory-making and decisions available to parents

• What will need to be done once parents return home

We hope this guide will make the only moments parents have with their child beautiful, peaceful, and without regret.
