what to expect

This retreat is a carefully cultivated experience using a trauma-informed and resilience-orientated approach to guide you in the following process.

What to Expect

Grief and trauma can leave us feeling unmoored—disconnected from our bodies, our sense of inner safety, and the world around us. This retreat offers a compassionate and grounded space to gently return to yourself, supported by body-based practices that honor your story and nurture healing from the inside out.

You’ll be invited to explore how loss may have shaped your relationship with your body—and how you might begin to reclaim it with care, curiosity, and kindness.

Together, we will:

  • Meet pain with compassion

  • Honor what was lost

  • Create space for what wants to be known

Through breath work, gentle movement, somatic practices, expressive arts, writing, ritual, and shared reflection, you will be held in a nurturing container where re-rooting can unfold at your own pace.

This retreat includes:

  • Breath work to support grounding, regulation, and emotional release

  • Gentle movement to release trauma held in the body and restore a sense of connection

  • Somatic practices to rebuild safety, trust, and body-based awareness

  • Writing and reflection to explore your story and how grief lives in your body

  • Arts and crafts for quiet, creative expression of complex emotions

  • Rituals to honor your baby/ies, your body, and the journey you've walked

  • Spacious free time for rest, solitude, nature, or connection

  • Self-compassion practices to soften inner harshness and cultivate tenderness

Daily Flow
